These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Haul Listing Master platform ("Service") operated by ZhanWangTech, a brand of Shenzhen Wenzi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (深圳市文仔电子商务有限公司), ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Haul Listing Master is a SaaS platform that enables Amazon sellers to bulk-list products on Amazon Haul marketplace through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). The Service provides tools for product data management, category matching, batch submission, and feed tracking.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be an authorized Amazon seller with valid SP-API credentials to use the listing features.
• You must not share your account with unauthorized third parties.

3. Amazon SP-API Authorization

• By providing your SP-API credentials, you authorize us to make API calls to Amazon on your behalf for the purpose of managing product listings.
• You are responsible for ensuring your SP-API credentials are valid and that you have the necessary permissions in your Amazon Seller account.
• You may revoke this authorization at any time through Amazon Seller Central.
• We will only use your credentials for the services described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to list prohibited, restricted, or counterfeit products on Amazon.
• Violate Amazon's Seller Policies, Terms of Service, or Acceptable Use Policies.
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate product information.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on Amazon SP-API availability, and API outages or changes by Amazon may affect functionality. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services.

6. Fees and Payment

• Free tier users may use the Service with the limitations described in the pricing section.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of all product data you upload to the Service.
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all product data you submit through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZhanWangTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that products submitted through our platform will be accepted by Amazon. Listing approval, category access, and product compliance are determined by Amazon.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
