• Product Data: Product listing information you upload or enter, including titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, and other listing attributes.
• Usage Data: Submission history, feed statuses, and platform interaction logs.

• To authenticate and manage your account on our platform.
• To make authorized API calls to Amazon's Selling Partner API on your behalf for listing products on Amazon Haul.

3. Amazon SP-API Data Usage

We access Amazon Selling Partner API data solely for the purpose of listing products on your behalf. Specifically, we use:

• Listings API: To create and manage product listings on Amazon Haul.
• Product Type Definitions API: To retrieve correct product categories and required attributes.
• Feeds API: To submit bulk listing data and check processing status.
• Sellers API: To verify your marketplace participation and account status.

We do not sell, share, or use your Amazon data for any purpose other than providing the services described above.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All SP-API credentials are stored securely and are only used to make authorized API calls.
• Passwords are hashed before storage and are never stored in plain text.
• We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business information with third parties, except:

• With Amazon, through official SP-API calls to fulfill your listing requests.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Submission history is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
